Randy started his career in education, spending a decade investing in students and building championship teams in basketball, football, and soccer. His experience as both teacher and coach laid the foundation for his understanding of what it takes to develop people and build winning teams.

For nearly two decades, Randy helped lead one of the largest churches in the Atlanta area. This experience shaped his understanding of organizational dynamics, volunteer leadership, and the power of vision to unite diverse groups toward a common purpose.
